Up for offer is an antique mechanical car horn. It is an oohga style horn. It is a Samson Tiger brand made by American Electric Co of Chicago. The horn is mechanical, not electrical. It has a twist handle, and is VERY loud! It does have a crack in the bell. It has all of its original patina. It has not been restored in any way.
