KAYSERZINN ARTNOUVEAU JUGENDSTIL WATERING CAN c. 1905

Youare offerding on a lovely watering can by Kayserzinn. This watering can has the stamped circularfactory mark Kayserzinn 4205. Wonderfulrelief showing fish and flower lilies and accented by a snail finial. The lily pad relief design carries up thebase of the handles and the spout and the end of the spout is a small lilyfigural flower. This piece designed byHugo Levin (1871-1956) was produced circa 1905 and is a wonderful example ofGerman Jugendstil Art Nouveau style.

Theheight of the watering can is just shy of 8.5” the width of the can inclusiveof spout is 10.0” and the depth of the can is 5.0”. Nicely overall with no dents or bruising butthere are a few marks on the polish. Ihave photographed this piece at all angles so please view for your inspection. Overall the piece weights 2.0 pounds. Truly, it is nice to have an antique that isquite useable.
