My husband bought this at an Auto Show and decided he couldn\'t use it, so his loss is your gain. I do not know anything about these horns so I took allot of photo\'s . Please see all photo\'s and ask questions before offerding. It is marked Deluxe on the horn and India on the bracket. Has a few minor scratches but no dents. Could most likely be buffed out. This horn measures: 15\" with the Bulb & 13\" without. The horn opening measures 3 1/2\" across and has a screen inside to keep the bugs & debris out. The bulb needs to be replaced because it has a huge rip 2 1/2\" long. This horn is being sold \"AS IS\".
