This is a veary rare post drill press by the SILVER MFG CO SALEM OHIO USA it works and functions properly spins and everything turns and its complete I found this on a pick at a old farm in a machine shed and the older gentleman told me his grand father used it clear back in the late 1800s and that his grand dad worked in the silver mines it\'s a gourgous peice of Americana and does function properly the older gentleman had it mounted on a peice of wood and showed me before I bought it I took the wood off so it was ready for shipping he said that it\'s veary rare because his grand dad told him when he was a little boy they didn\'t make many of them make Shure you look at the pictures they are part of the discription if you have any questions please ask great buy tks
