Antique Burroughs Class 3 Model 301 Adding Machine - Works
Very nice working condition for 100 years old. I believe the serial number puts it around 1917. Looks like it was in an oily environment for many years. Had a bit of an oil coating on it. Still could use some cleaning. Original ribbon is torn and should be replaced. The paper carriage is dirty and could use a good cleaning. The key below the cap key is missing (see closeup photo). The running total at the bottom, under the glass does work, but I do not know how to reset it. Also, some of the numbers are oily and need cleaning. There are some paint issues. However, seeing that it was covered in an oily film, there is no rust.
