This is an old antique very good quality metal money box withmetal carry handle. It is a good size and is in totally original condition retaininga lotof the original dark green painted finish. It has some paint chips/ surface scratches/one small ding to the top, allgive it a great shabby chic appearance. The handle has some surface rust. It has been very carefully cleaned inside and out then the exterior has been clear waxed to protect the finish.

This box is around 50+ years old. Inside itis stamped, \'\"VICTA\" SERIES MADE IN ENGLAND\'. Inside it has its original metal bracket in the lid for storing papers/ money etc. There is an oldkey included which does make the lock function, however it doesn\'t always lock/ unlockcorrectly so it may require another key which could be picked up quite easily. The key does look good for display purposes and has a twist in it.The hinges function very well and there are no holes on the box. This is a quality, well made piece and is very heavy duty. It measures, 20.4cm wide x 12.4cm deep x 7.3cm tall. The pictures show the actual item for sale.
