A really nice cast iron scale. No markings or manufacturer information at all..... Nice hanging weight. I see no defects with this scale except age related wear of the metal and light rust, but I would say that was normal and attractive.
The weight is quite heavy and interesting looking. The feature MOST attractive on this scale is the STAR cast on the end of it. Really striking and reminds me of TEXAS, where this scale would hang from a beam in a barn on a glorious ranch in the hill country........
It is 17\" wide, 1.1/8\" deep and 10\" tall.
