REDUCED!!!
Here for your pleasure is a charming, but frankly somewhat ugly (that is why I liked it) child\'s bentwood cane-seat chair. My kingdom for a label! Alas there is none, but it is identical to the Thonet version, except for the finish. All those people mentioned above did similar work... perhaps even copied from one another? This chair might have a very interesting design history, as well as ownership history but that will have to be in your imagination or by thorough research.Oops! I forgot the measurements. See question at bottom. In addition, the overall height is 13\".
The chair is in fine, sturdy condition with imperfections expected in an antique. There is one miniscule break in the cane which I tried to photograph. It appears to have had a peg replaced as one is a brighter color than the rest.
