Early 1900\'s Antique Supertone Tenor BanjoThis is a beautiful piece.Built by Harmony under the Supertone Brand for Sears, this instrument was a FANCY, nicely built banjo.It features a PEARLOID fingerboard and head stock. has burled walnut resonator with double inlaid rings.Marquetry around the rim and resonator edges. Aged white bindings. The neck is made of a 5 piece walnut and maple with a fluted profile.20 bracket 11\" rim. Heavy cast tone ting. Page tuning machines.This instrument is in excellent condition for the age.
Some scratches on the back of resonator.
