~WHAT an elegant treasure, it’s SO seldom that we find one of these French “Boulle” antiques in such good condition, and this one is absolutely stunning!~
~Classic Boulle look with the distinctive brass and ebonized wood inlay~
~Ornate brass mounts, from the top gallery to the female figures on either side of the top; the upper double doors have ornate figural center cartouches with the door panels trimmed as well~
~Base has equally impressive brass edge trimming, drawer handles, large center angelic head; serpentine drawer trim~
~AND elaborate upper cabriole leg mounts AND lower foot mounts!~

53"ht. x 31” x 20.5”;

Two pieces, base only is 29.5"ht x 31" x 20.5”;

Top cabinet only is 23"ht. x 26.5" x 11".

Condition:

This item is in good condition for its age, with normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches, and other imperfections. I am impressed that it seems to be missing very little, if any, of the brass trim and ormolu mounts! If buyer desires, it could be waxed to have a more ‘glossy’ or ‘shiny’ presentation than it currently has.
