The reasons people desire to buyantiques is generally found in their uniqueness, higher qualitycraftsmanship and materials... as well as the wonderful antique patina.Keys are old and lockscan be cantankerous. They are not guaranteed to work perfectly. Olddoors sometime slightly bow without latching in place. Anitques areusually not perfectly level.Some mirrors arereplaced...some are beveled, others are not. We usuallytakepictures of our items in a studio especially designed forphotographs....with professional lights to depict the items and thecolor as perfectly as possible. We cannot be responsible for thedifferences in color that may occur on the large variety of computerscreens. Returns and/or Damage
Returns are veryrare.This is becausewe providemultiple pictures, detailedwritten descriptions and request thatour customers\"askquestions\" before purchase.However, If you need toreturn an item please notify usupon the receipt of theitem. You have 14 days to return your item. It must bereceived back in the same condition as originally shipped. Upon receipt of the item, (insame condition as shipped) we will immediately refund your total amountpaid, minus the actual original packaging and shipping cost and a 10%restocking fee. The same conditions apply to allFreeShipping Offers. If Free Shipping is offered...it is for the lower 48States only.If you pay for your item...and waitmore than 45days to pay for shipping withoutwritten approval from our office,and ask for a refund...restocking fees will be 25% of the purchaseprice of the item.
Inthe unfortunate event that shipping damage occurs...please retain allof the packaging, boxing, crate and so forth. Notify usimmediately, because claims must be initially filed within two days ofyour receipt of the item. We will arrange a pick up with theshipper, at your convenience.
