The bell (including handle) is about 3\" tall and at its widest point the bell portion is about 1.5\" wide.Really beautiful rustic decorative piece.The bell is showing its age but remains attractive, which in my mind is what makes it such a nice piece.The handle appears to have been made to swivel freely. It is attached through the hole in the top of the bell, directly to the \"ringer\".
