Non-paying buyers

I am sorry to have to add this to my listings here on , but I have had several nonpaying buyers lately.
If you offer on an item, and win that item, you will have 4 days to pay for that item,
however, on the 5th day of non-payment, a non-paying buyer case will be opened automatically,
if you have more then 2 of UPI in 12 months while on , will then suspend your ability to offer on any item.

Returns

Refunds given if item is grossly misrepresented, you must contact me the same day the package arrives.
I will refund after I have received the item back from you in the same condition it was sent and with the original packaging such as gift box or velvet box.

Shipping

The Post Office now charges 1.95 for postage per 1 ounce package, the price increases with each additional ounce and the cost of delivery confirmation which is required is .80. Our envelope with the bubble inside starting costs 1.00 and the price goes up from there. There is also a cost to our tissue paper, extra bubble wrap, gift boxes, tape, printer ink, etc. This packaging is necessary to make sure these pieces arrive undamaged and intact.
All shipping is now charged 9% of the shipping fees right off of the top on top of the selling fees. I hope this helps you understand the cost of shipping this, or any item.
