Up for your consideration is this old antique soap dish by KNOWLES TAYLOR & KNOWLES (K.T.& K.) I believe it is ironstone or heavy porcelain. After doing some research, it looks like this company went out of business in 1931. This item measures approximately 4.5\" in length and 3.5\" wide. It is stamped with the old sheriff type stamp (see pictures) under the glaze. It has small niks/chips on the base. Please see pictures, this is a neat old used vintage piece, and in good condition for it\'s age. Purchased at an estate sale. I have lightly cleaned this item, some buyers like the item original, and I\'m always afraid I will damage the original piece/paint.
