This large Satsuma pottery charger or bowl is decorated in gold with strong relief work. It depicts numerous male figures, a woman, and a dragon. The charger is signed on the back. It was made in Japan during the 19th century. The charger has a hook on the back for wall mounting. The charger is in very good condition.
