Antique Late 19th Century Samuel Radford Cup & Saucer in Imari Colours:
$7.57

Antique Radford Cup & Saucer

Description

  • Cup measures approx 7cm high with the saucer approx 14cm across
  • Marked on the base as in photo - we believe this cup dates from 1880 and 1890
  • The design has an oriental look with red and gold detailing, very similar to Imari colourways but with black instead of dark blue
  • In very good condition for its age with no chips or cracks. The design is nice and bright with the only signs of wear some light rubbing of the gold along the edge. The inner gold circle of the saucer where the cup sits is also a bit worn. Overall this is a beautiful piece of Victorian porcelain!
