Wonderful old leather doctors bag
cowhide with a soft leather lined interior
and an interior canvas lined snap closure pocket
and two open interior pockets on the other side
Working brass closures show wear and tarnish to the finish
Reinforced leather handle shows some cracking but is sound
unknown maker - marked genuine cowhide on the bottom
measuring:

8 1/42 inches (22 cm) deepThe bag is old and shows a good deal of wear (see photos)
with cracking to the leather where it folds closed
The stitching is intact and and the hinges are working
some soiling to the interior
