This interesting dynamite box advertises LIBERTY DYNAMITE. It is appx. 17 3/4\" long, 13\" wide and 7 7/8 inches \'tall\'. The Liberty Powder Company manufactured Liberty Dynamite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Box on one side also has printing: \"Division of Olin Corporation\" , \"HIGH EXPLOSIVES - DANGEROUS\' and \"I. C. C. 14\". (These words are repeated on the opposite side) One end says, \"50 lbs. 1 1/4 x 8\", \"LIBERTY LF SPECIAL 40% DYNAMITE\" and \"24 8C-14723\". The other end has a figure of Lady Liberty with \"LIBERTY EXPLOSIVES\"!.
