This is a Very Early and Rare Masonic Sword with Ebony Wood Handle with Inlaid Victorian Cross, withCross and CrownCounter Guard and Knights Head Pommel. This has an Ornate Silver Metal Scabbard with Applied Designs. The Blade is signed by the maker \"The Ward Co. New London O.\" The Blade is etched with the former owners name \"Claire A. Garrison\" on one side, and Ornate Designs on the other. There is also a \"Cross and Crown\" Design, wich Symbolizes the Knights Templar York Rite Degree of Free Masonory. The Sword measures approx. 36\" long with the Scabbard. The Sword itself measures approx. 35\" long with a 28\" Blade, Overall Good Condition with a Nice Aged Patina! The Scabbard has an Ornate Victorian Bottom Tip and light Surface Rust from Age.
