On surfaces at a slight angle, he walks very fast by himself, really pretty amazing. He is in great condition for his age with some small scuffs on the front of his feet. He could do with cleaning as I do not clean vintage items. His uniform is in great condition also with one sleeve a little frayed at the end. I have tried to capture details in the photos.
He measures 4 3/4\" high with his hat.
