This is an antique luncheon plate by Davis Collamore & Co. Ltd, Mintons England, back also reads \"Fifth Ave. & 37 th St. New York\" , plate #H253 measures approx. 9 1/8\" in diameter. The turquois or celeste blue along the rim is striking, with raised enamel decoration of strands of white \"pearls\" and pink roses . The center has a beautiful pink rose spray. There is gilt gold throughout the dish. The plate is in very good condition, no chips, crazing or flaking. There is some gold wear and utensil wear (see photos).It is truly a beautiful piece!
The plate is dated by the address of the company as 1902-1911, possibly manufactured as early as 1873-1887. They were imported from England to rival Tiffany & Co and have been referred to as the \"Rolex of China\".Thank you for looking!I have listed this item to the best of my ability.
