With that all out of the way here is the next item.
Due to the size of this item this will have to be shipped Fedex so that means no Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes sorry for the inconvenience. This is a used vintage 1930's G.H. Abbott patented adjustable school desk chair. This desk features and adjustment mechanism patented by G.H Abbott, that allows for up and down movement of the desk top and the seat, as well as swivel for the seat. The desk frame is cast iron, the fixtures are cast iron, except for the poles, and the desk top housing, which are metal, the seat bottom, back slats, and the desk top are all wood. The desk top has a hole for the inkwell. The desk is in excellent condition, all of the functions and adjustments work fine, swivel was a little stiff until lubed with some light household oil. There is a small amount of light paint splatter on the seat, not noticeable until up close, I will try to show in photos but may not show up. This is an excellent piece, has potential for many uses.
Please see photos for more details, and as always if you have any questions, please ask.
International customers, must arrange your own shipping at your expense, I am willing to crate, or box.
