26\" Antique Bisque socket head with elongated facial modeling, very full cheeks, deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, rose blushed eye shadow, painted lashes, brush-stroked brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips, heart-shaped upper lip, pierced ears, brunette human hair wig, cork pate.
According to Francois Theimer, French Doll Encyclopedia, the dolls marked Paris Bebe with a red stamp are the dolls made by Jumeau after he won his lawsuit against Danel and Cie. The Danel dolls are incised
with 3 words, Paris Bebe Depose. Jumeau Paris Bebe made for about 3 years, 1892-1895

French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, with it\'s original finish,  wearing nice French dress and matching bonnet, undergarments, blue kidskin leather shoes. Marks: Paris (incised) and something I can\'t read, Paris Bebe 13 (red stamp). Excellent condition is clean and from a non smoking environmen t.
