This Seth Thomas School House (Regulator) Clock is an original Octagon Oak piece.The main aspect is that it works. I hung it placed the pendulum weight on swung it and off to the races we went. Winds well and it has been running a few days now.It is a 8\" Short Drop and the movement is time only and stamped 41S.The paper instructions on the rear inside panel had been varnished over so it is amber and somewhat brittle. The clock is missing a glass and the face is 7\". Many if not all parts seem original on this.The seam on the octagonal framework (at about 7 o\' clock) is not butted tightly..
