It is a weighted Quail on a frame and made of thick steel.

When you hit the target, the quail spins around.

Marked with Patent #2085933.

Has chipped white paint and you can see where the bullets have hit the target.

Nice antique display piece. Great for man cave, garden, or plinking at with a bb gun in your back yard.
