An Extraordinary hand turned Beer Pitcher, crafted by White\'s of Utica, New York. This is an earlier White\'s piece as it was hand turned, and does not have mold lines, and special tools were used to apply the scenes and details. It has a salt-glaze exterior with a clear silica glazed interior, this would date it approximately 1885-1897. Measuring 8 1/4inch tall, 4 1/4 inch at the mouth. The bottom is marked with a 6 as well as the top of the handle.
As you can see in the pictures, the pitcher is in great shape for its age. It does have one tiny chip on the spout, if you\'ll look at the last picture, it shows that. Please look well at the pictures, as they are part of the description.
Thank you for looking, please see my other sales.
