Up for offer is a vintage bronze book end made from materials removed from the USS Constitution \"Old Ironsides\". The book end measures approx. 6.5 inches tall x 6.5 inches wide. The vintage book end is made from actual bronze removed from the warship USS Constitution during the 1927 restoration of the ship. The item exhibits some age tarnishing and has a nice patina and is a bit dusty. The bottom is weighted with lead and the brass stabilizer is a bit bent as seen. Guaranteed 100% authentic in every regard.
