This item is appears to be functional and complete still has original maintenance tag on the front this type of box was used in the Mining & Railroad Era. It has its original dupont plate on top. Missing leather strap on top quite normal for these pieces. Came from a estate where the great grandfather and great uncle worked for the Railroad and Coal Mines.
