I try to make sure the postal costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get the product to you. Please only offer on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage.

Terms of Sale

Any* item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (postage & packing not included). Goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. I suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other traceable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. I will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Lost Items: Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated. WE WILL ONLY REFUND ON LOST ITEMS WHEN ALL CHANNELS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED.
