This piccolo is in very good condition. It has been stored for a short period but, the pad all appear to be in excellent condition. The body of the instrument has been taken care of and DOES not have scratches other than those that might occur in normal usage. There is a rod included to clean theinstrument. You will need to furnish the cloth. Seller will pay for Shipping and Handling
