Here is a new, custom-shop Aslin Dane stratocaster that was built in Long Island, NY in 2006. It is most notable for its custom shop look, feel and sound. Aslin Dane guitars and basses are very well made, and have many of the features found on expensive custom-made instruments, for less than half the price, making them perfect for both the beginning player and the working professional musician.These guitars are well-known in The City, but not as well known elsewhere. In 1998, David Burns Musical Instruments Inc. was formed to build high end guitars and basses for worldwide distribution - Aslin Dane was introduced by Burns a few years later as a mid-range line of made in the USA instruments selling for under $1,000. The exceptional bodies were actually made by Korean artisans using USA tonewoods, then shipped to their Long Island shop for final assembly, fretwork and custom setup. Each guitar was hand adjusted and setup by a master luthier before delivery.This is an outstanding custom shop guitar costing little more than an import. It\'s gorgeous, rare, and you\'ll love it.
