From a local estate, this sale offers an authentic vintage Coca Cola Bottle Opener or Cap Puller - not a reproduction. It is marked \"Drink Coca Cola\" and \"STARR X - Patent 2,333,088 - Brown Co. - N. News, V.A.\" (Newport News, Virginia). The back side is marked \"31 - Made in U.S.A.\" The number 31 refers to the opener\'s position within a large pattern mold run - the numbers in the USA would run from 1-200(+) and were made between 1929 to the early 1970s. The 31 indicates that this opener was made earlier in the pattern mold run, approximtely early to mid 1940s. It measures approximately 2 3/4\" side-to-side x 3 1/4\" long. As you can see in the pictures, the opener shows wear. It comes with the original screws to mount it on the wall. It would be a great addition to your home and collection!
