This is a gearbox that came off of B33. I am a motorcycle dealer and sold BSA at one time. A customer brought in the engine/gearbox assembly and wanted us to rebuild the motor; he said the gearbox was fine. He never came back and it has been over 40 years now so I am selling the gearbox. He said it was fine and that is really all I know about it. I removed the inspection cover to look at the gears and they all look perfect. There is no kickstarter or shifter. I can turn the mainshaft easily. When I removed the inspection cover I noted that two of the screws were stripped. I am sorry the shipping is expensive but this sucker is heavy.
