If your Barbie as looking to homestead or just go off grid she may need to have a one room cabin on a lake and of course a Irwin boat to get supplies to her remote location. The cabin has cardboard furniture and is an EMPIRE toy from 1976. It is in good shape and folds down for storage. The boat still has it\'s windshield and is in nice shape with the sticker still in place. Please look carefully at the pictures to see the blue tabs as one is missing on the boat top. The steering wheel is still in place. My items are vintage and sold as is with no returns. Shipping and insurance is paid by the buyer.
