This is a beautifully restored 4/4 violin. The label inside reads: Copy of Antonius Stradiuarius, Made in Germany. It was made sometime in the 1930\'s. The workmanship is excellent throughout. The violin has a nicely flamed two piece maple back, and a medium grained spruce top. The scroll is beautifully carved on the back. The violin has been fully restored. Dimensions are: body length 14 and 1/8\"; width8\". There are some old scuffs and scratches on the body, but they have been all touched up. There are two old repaired cracks on the upper left of the top deck, running parallel to the fingerboard; they are professionally done and completely stable. This is a great sounding instrument in ready to play condition. The tone is superb. I will accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Buyer responsible for return shipping.
