Up to settle estate, a Belsaw sawmill. This mill has a 16' carriage bed with a 4 foot blade. Total setup as shown in picture is 46' long. This was set up in the 70's by my father and uncle as a hobby saw used to cut windfall or lightning struck trees. It was a working saw for numerous years till time and other interests retired it. They had powered it using a MM Z model tractor and I must say the power the Z produced was inadequate for the white oak and other hardwoods they used it on. All seems to be working and looks in good shape. This is being sold as is, where is, and payment to be made in the form of cash, certified check or money order made payable to the estate. You will have 30 days to remove saw, all wood framing may be left on premises (it is not treated wood). Saw is sitting 20 feet from driveway but no power is on property. Also no trees will be allowed to be cut down. Located southwest Chicago metro area. Thank you for your time in looking.
