Belshaw Adamatic\'s Donut Robot® Mark VI Production Systemmakes donut production faster and easier than open kettle frying. Less training is required to work the system efficiently, and more consistent quality can be achieved. The automatic fryer can reduce shortening consumption by up to 50% compared to standard fryers. It provides identical frying conditions for each donut, without an operator needing to stand over the fryer to insert, turn and lift donuts out manually. Both cake and yeast-raised donuts can equal or surpass donuts made by standard kettle fryers.

  • Cake donuts: Makes a full variety of cake donuts using electric Type F depositor purchased separately, capacity approximately 112 dozen donuts per hour, at 95 seconds frying time
  • Yeast-Raised donuts: makes excellent yeast-raised donuts with the addition of optional Feed Table, Trays, and Cloths, capacity approximately 96 dozen donuts per hour, at 110 seconds frying time.
  • Suitable for any yeast-raised product that will fit between the conveyor bars of the fryer. That means Rings, Bars, Berliners, even Twists and unusual shapes.

Insert more trays until proofer is full.▪Allow approximately 30-40 minutes proofing time for the donuts to rise. ▪Carry each Proofing Tray to the Feed Table and place the Proofing Cloth onto the Feed Table. Pull away the Proofing Tray.▪The Feed Table drops the rows of donuts automatically into the Mark VI fryer.▪The Feed Table extension (FT6-0007SH) increases productivity. SHIPPING
B&H Used Restaurant Equipment reserves theright to ship via any responsible carrier. All shipping expenses arepayable by the buyer and will be included for payment on the final invoice. Anyclaims arising as to shipping charges shall be resolved between the carrier andconsignee. Unless otherwise stated, the purchase price is F.O.B. Place ofshipment and excludes skidding or crating for shipment. Once full payment formerchandise and freight is received, Pre-Owned items will be made ready forshipment, and orders for new equipment will be placed into production. Itemsare shipped Common Carrier or UPS. Once your item is placed on the truck forshipment, it is no longer the responsibility of B&H Used RestaurantEquipment. Once the item has shipped, you will be notified and given thepro/tracking number of the shipment.

DAMAGE
Claims for damage in transit must be made by theconsignee with the Carrier. B&H Used Restaurant Equipment assumes noresponsibility for damages while in transit. Please inspect for damage and makenotation on the Bill of Lading BEFORE the driver leaves your location.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Pre-Owned Equipment that is in stock can usuallyship within 1-3 days of receipt of full payment. New Equipment availability isdetermined by the Manufacturer and usually ships within 1-2 weeks form date ofpayment. Small Wares usually ship within one day of receipt of payment.

WARRANTY
B&HUsed Restaurant Equipment only warrants equipment shipped within the UnitedStates of America. B&H Used Restaurant Equipment guarantees that theequipment will be in working order upon installation. Installation must beperformed by an authorized B&H Used Restaurant Equipment service agency. Ifan item sold by B&H Used Restaurant Equipment does not work upon deliveryand cannot be fixed, B&H Used Restaurant Equipment may in this case offeran in-store credit for another piece of equipment equal to the value of theitem in question. Equipment is sold with a 30 day parts warranty. B&H Used Restaurant Equipment will only pay for partsthat are deemed necessary for the proper operation of the unit. Only parts purchased from a B&H Used RestaurantEquipment authorized service agency will be honored.All used equipment sales arefinal. No returns, no refunds. Used Items may not be returned because they do not meet thebuyer’s needs. This means that if you buy a piece of equipment to perform atask that may not be its original purpose, we would be unable to exchange theitem.
