• Research indicates that the Zone VI Aristo part is an adapter to change the head light source to a Cold Light head. When I plug in the main power cord for the enlarger, nothing happens, so either it needs a new bulb or the bulb was removed because the new light source is used instead. When I plug in the power pack and switch it on, a cold color light comes on. When I plug in the the third plug attached to the same point on the adapter panel as the power pack, nothing happens. I don\'t know what it\'s for. (A fellow er sent the following information: \"The other power cord should be a heater cord. Cold light heads must turn on consistently for accurate timing. They usually have a built in heater to insure that\")
• I don\'t think there are more optical components than the lens noted above, and I would think that the lens should be cleaned before use.
• The negative carriers fit properly in the space between the light head and the lens part.
• I am able to move the head up and down fairly easily, but the brake doesn\'t seem to be very strong (I think it needs adjustment).
• The baseboard has scratches, tape and soiling on its surface.
• I am not experienced enough to know if any parts are missing from this item, so please look at the pictures to see for yourself.
• In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we will detach the column and head from the baseboard and ship flat (we may also remove the long knob on the side of the head as well). If you would like to pay to have it shipped assembled, please email for a shipping quote.
