Please review all twelve photos and consider them part of my description. This is a vintage Bliss Portable Strip Slitter in a wood Carrying Case with four blades and a wrench to remove blades. Label on the back reads \"Harry M. Fraser, 192 Hartford Road, Manchester, Conn., Patents Pending, USA\"Blades are numbered 2, 3, 4, and 5 and are approx 1-1/2\" in diameter. They are in a plastic case with four bins (one of the bins is empty because the blade is in the machine). The case is a tier and each section screws into the other, with a lid. The top bin has a piece missing (see photo). The 3 and 4 blades have some roughness to the cutting edge and may need to be resharpened?Machine measures approx 5-1/2\" wide x 6\" deep x 4-3/8\" high. Box measures approx 9-3/4\" wide x 7-1/2\" deep x 6\" highGood condition with age/usage wear. Handle turns freely and appears to be in good working order. Some discoloration to the blades in the case. Crack in top case edge (see photo). Residue on the #5 blade in the cutter (see photo). Wear to finish of case.
