We shall in no event be liable fordeath, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent,special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Thepurchaser of this item acknowledges that TNTC shall in no way be responsibleor liable to purchaser or any other party for any use or misuse of this item.The purchaser acknowledges that the purchaser has not and does not rely onTNTC’s skill or judgment with regard to the selection of the goods as fit orsuitable for any particular purpose.
