We ship all items via UPS ONLY and Fully Insured to the lower 48 U.S.States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico MUST contact us first prior to offerding for
shipping rate(s). We DO NOT ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box. No Exceptions. Combine shipping is available, contact us via email or by phone.
First 2 items shipped for the highest flat rate in sale for that item. Each additional item after that is $5.00 up to $600.00 Insured per item.
Any additional item that needs to be insured over $600.00 each, must contact us for rate.
Please Note: We only ship out Monday thru Thursday during regular business days.
We--alexanderssales-- are not responsible for the shipper\'s errors. Weather, lost packages or any other issues of that nature by the shipper are out of our control. If any losses occur, compensation to you the customer
must wait until the shipper resolves the situation, usually between 15-25 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS. Aslo should any item be received damaged/broken, the buyer agrees to save all packing materials from shipment

In case of extenuating circumstances, refunds are permitted at our discrection with a 20% re-stocking fee.
All authorized returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
