About Us:  Our company has been in business over 32 years providing a wide variety of audio/visual and video-related services throughout the New York tri-state area.  We have many years of experience in dealing with corporate and individual clients and realize that treating clients properly keeps you in business. We are direct dealers for over 125 leading industrial and professional audio and video equipment manufacturers (we really don\'t sell much consumer stuff so please don\'t ask us, thanks).  We have decided to use the community to help us with a mighty task, and that is clearing out lots of our own \"stuff\" (apologies to George Carlin.)  

Where our items come from:  We have large equipment rental business and most of the items we list come from that inventory.  We design and install corporate conference and video production facilities and regularly upgrade client\'s systems, so some of our items come from there.  And then there are items that we honestly have no idea how we acquired: you collect a lot of \"stuff\" (sorry again, George) over the years.  An item may have been ordered for a client and they changed their mind and we were unable to return it, or we bought out another company and did not require all their inventory, or it could be something we inherited along the way. Many items are not related to our industry at all, but they are still taking up our space. 

More about us:  We will do our best to accurately describe each item.  Honestly, the last thing we want is for you to get something you don\'t want or did not expect. Don\'t hesitate to e-mail questions, but please do so before offerding so we can respond before the sale.  Remember any items marked “FINAL SALE” may not be returned so please do not ask us to take a final sale back.

Other Stuff:
* If we are shipping within New York we will have to charge you appropriate sales tax.  Remember, we don\'t get to keep it, we just have to be the States bookkeeper for a short time and then send it to them.
*We reserve the right not to sell to those with poor response ratings. We are good people and really don\'t want the hassle or the sale that badly, sorry.
* If you are the winning buyer in one of our sales, please contact us ASAP by clicking on our name way up top to send us e-mail and providing your full name and mailing address (with zip code) so we can send you a final invoice with shipping costs, etc.  Don\'t forget to tell us what the item was because your name is different than your e-mail address.  We are pretty insightful, but not that good as to guess what you bought.  If a few days go by and we don\'t hear from you we may think you were wasting our time and we might be inclined to say bad things about you.  If you are going away right after a sale, please let us know, a little communication goes a long way in this internet sale land. We are very reasonable people. Please remember that UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to US Post Office boxes.  We will ship via USPS only as a last resort.

Payments:  We prefer instant payment by PayPal,  but we also accept Visa, M/C, & Discover credit cards (though not through , sorry.) If Pay Pal is your preference just click on the PayPal logo to pay, or let us know in your e-mail so we can give you our PayPal related e-mail address).  We accept those credit cards listed above over the phone, but we will ask you to fax us back a credit card authorization form for that card.  Whatever works best for you is probably OK with us.
