    Return the item to the address received from customer service. Write the RA (return authorization) number on the box. Returns sent to another address other than the one provided will delay the completion of your return. Return shipping to Texdealz is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a reliable carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Texdealz is not liable for the item until it is received and signed for at our location. If the value of the product is of concern to you we suggest you insure the item. Typically items sent by a reliable carrier that are well packed do not have any issues.
    In the unusual case that you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately and we will send a prepaid shipping label for the return of the wrong item and send you out the correct item same day. Please keep all package contents, including the box and packing materials.
