At present, all whole goods can only be shipped in the US. Parts & Accessories can be shipped worldwide.

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared however please allow approximately 3-6 business days for it to arrive. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and via phone number on the checkout page before payment.

Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

Pantano Power Equipment is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of bulky freight. Please be aware that P.O Boxes cannot receive whole goods or items designated to ship via UPS.

How the program works?

Effective February 1, 2013Consumers who purchase two-stroke gasoline powered Husqvarna branded handheld products, including: chainsaws, blowers, hedge trimmers, pole pruners/saws and trimmers, for non-income producing personal use or household purposes, excluding commercial, agricultural, retail, industrial and rental usage types, can extend their product warranty from the standard 2 years to either a 3 year or 4 year limited warranty.

To extend the warranty by 1 year to a total of 3:

The consumer will need to take only 2 steps: First, the consumer must purchase at least 6 bottles of Husqvarna brand 2-stroke oil regardless of size at the same time as the product purchase and both purchases must be on the original product invoice/receipt. Second, the consumer must register their product online.*

To extend the warranty by 2 years to a total of 4 years:

The consumer will need to take only 2 steps: First, the consumer must purchase at least 3 bottles of the 32oz Husqvarna brand pre-mix fuel at the same time as the product purchase and both purchases must be on the original product invoice/receipt. Second, the consumer must register their product online.*

For Multiple Units Purchased:

Each unit/ whole good purchased must have an accompanying amount of 2-stroke oil or fuel added to the original receipt in order to qualify. For example, if a consumer purchases a 455 rancher chainsaw and a 125B handheld blower and would like to have them both qualify for a 4 year limited warranty, they will need to purchase a total of 6-32oz. cans of premix fuel (3 for the chainsaw and 3 for the handheld blower).

How to submit?

Product registration must be completed by the dealer or the consumer for any extended warranty. During the product registration process, a copy of the receipt must be attached to the registration either online or via mail in.

Pantano Power Equipment is a family owned business and has been since 2001 when we opened Pantano Nursery and Landscape Supply. In response to customer demand we opened our power equipment division in 2007 and have not looked back. Our goal was to always provide top notch customer service to all our local showroom customers. We continue to do our best to maintain those high standards with all of our internet customers so they feel that they can trust us when it comes time to make their purchase. To help with this we have a fully staffed on site service department to help with any technical or service related questions anyone may have about their product. We back this up but providing lifetime technical support* on each product we sell. If you are ever in the neighborhood we invite you to come into our showroom any time to look at any of the products you see in our online store.

*Technical support is not a warranty. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Technical support is related to helping diagnose problems with equipment or help finding what part or accessory you need for your equipment.

30 Day Returns

Unopened Merchandise - You may return any \"unopened\" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping back and there will be a 20% restock fee to cover original shipment of goods.

Opened Merchandise - Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Return shipping costs lay solely on the buyer in this case. Please note that on electrical system parts including ignition coils, electrical starters, and any other electrical system component is not refundable or returnable under any circumstance due to warranty changes from all current manufacturers concerning electrical items. All other parts fall under the previous return policy. If any NON Electrical part is found to be defective it can be returned and exchanged within 30 days.

All New Engine powered equipment with a full Manufacture Warranty cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to a Local Authorized Service Center for repair, which may be covered under warranty. If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via telephone. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us via email or speak with a customer representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment.

All Refurbished Units – Any refurbished Unit with a Factory warranty cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled unless item is damaged beyond repair due to shipping or deemed defective by a Local Authorized Dealer. Carburetor adjustments are not considered a defect and a refurbished unit needing a carburetor adjustment needs to be service by a local dealer.
