Whatis the condition of your item? Will I receive a sealed product? All of our products are brand new and made to order. Theyare produced and printed to a high standard andshipped in a sleeve and protective mailer. Themailers are then sealed and shipped. The actual disc is not sealed butthey are brand new and made to order.
Do you offer postage orshipping discounts?
Shipping andpostage is free to all UK customers so this does not apply. For allinternational customers outside the United Kingdom shipping discountsare available. My disc is showing asblank. What should I do?
All of ourdiscs are electronically verified so they are unlikely to be blank.Windows based computers CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drivers over time and usagecan become corrupted or out of date. This can cause discs to show asblank even if they are not. Please make sure you download the latestdrivers for your disc drive or use the fixes that Windows offer attheir website. It is also possible to reinstall your drivers quicklyand easily without the need of any installation discs. Please contactfor help and support and we will gladly guide you through this processor offer you an alternative way to deliver the software to you. We havedownloads available for all of our items.
My item is not working correctly.What should I do?
