This is a rare possibly only 52? pieces? model. I obtained him sweltering in the sun in line at Breyerfest this past weekend! He was transported home in air conditioned RV and double wrapped and boxed. He has a tiny bit of tape goo on his leg, I have not tried to rub it off in complete fear. Anyone who knows these special run horses well knows they are handed out in plastic bubble wrap that is taped with packing tape. The bubble wrap was removed for inspection of model and pictures, and he has been thoroughly searched for flaws. I can find no rubs, no missing paint, or bubbling of any kind. He has a kind, expressive realistic face, and hand painted eyes. His gloss finish is very well applied, and you can see shading into deep mahogany red tones under the gloss, especially in sunlight. I love this guy. He is the best horse I got in the special run line. He has asmall star and a tiny white sock (see pics). I do not show, so I do not know if he is LSQ, however I have been collecting for over 35 years. I am describing him to the best of my ability and hope you fall n love with him when you receive him as well!!
I went through the line many times with my boys\' tickets (they could care less about their horses) and I was lucky enough to receive two of these glossy models. They are all sold out. I went through the line on Sunday at 2 pm and they were completely gone. If you conga thismold this is a must have. There are five finishes, red roanappy, silver dapple pinto, palomino pinto, and of course, the coveted silver charm. There were a very small amount of the silver, and of the glossies made. The satin finish is beautiful too. Nobody knows for sure how many yet (Breyer has yet to release this information) but I will post it on here as soon as I know!
