If you have addedgas or oil to the engine you may not return the engine Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has had gas added to it due to federal shipping regulations. THE SHIPPING COMPANIES WILL REFUSE TO PICK THE ITEM UP. Once a product has had gas added to it the item needs to be taken to an authorized service center for any repair or technical assistance which many be covered under warranty. Gassed product CANNOT be returned to Brandnewengines for exchange, credit, or refund.Brandnewengines is unable to arrange transportation of items to or from an authorized service center. We are also unable to arrange for a technician to come to your location for service. Costs associated with transportation to a service center, or repair work outside of what’s covered under warranty, is at the sole expense of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Brandnewengines. All engine returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date. If an engine is returned and is not in original or new condition, the engine will be retained by Brand New Engines, Inc. The transaction will be final and the buyer will receive no compensation. Replacement parts and products other than engines are not eligible for returnsincluding generators, pressure washers, etc. All authorized engine returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, etc. The customer will be responsible for both the original outbound and return shipping charges. When returning items listedwith Free Shipping, customerswill be deductedthe acutal outbound shipping and handlingamount from thier refund. It is up tothe buyer to provide accurate information regarding replacement of original equipment. We rely on your supplied information to suggest a correct replacement engine. Any incorrect information leading to the purchase of a replacement engine is the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be subjected to the 10% restocking fee.An authorized RMA must be issued by Brand New Engines before an eligible engine may be returned.
