British Army WW1 Brodie Steel Helmet :

Original British WW1 steel helmet. Size 7 1/4. Marked FS 227 on inside rim. The metal connecting pieces on both sides of the leather chin strap have been replaced - One with a leather shoe lace and the other with a piece of twine. Both appear period done.
