Now 100% with new throttle springs and fresh oil.A lightly used 1998 Brouwer TR130 drum roller that has been under a tarp for years. It fired up and ran fine with a new plug, gas, and carb clean. It appears to need maintenance and new springs for the throttle lever.Update: I have the springs for the throttle lever, and will put them on. The old springs were stretched out... probably from catching on taking tarps off and on... without good springs = no full throttle. The maintenance needed is oil changes that I will do too. The drive chains are rusty, but move freely (and have been oiled). They have lots of adjustment left...I am not selling a broken tool. I am willing to make delivery arrangements with a local buyer.
I will also, drive it by truck to transfer to another pick-up truck, for gas$ (buyer pays for my gas).
