Bubble-plate tower is 4 inches wide, has individual bypass valves, and is made out of stainless steel.Additional plates with bypass valves cannot be installed, you can add as many copper bubble plate sections as you\'d like, either above or below the stainless steel bubble-plate section.
As with all of our stainless steel stills, if you plan to make spirits, we recommend placing copper mesh inside the column.
